Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation terms below.

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment)

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, customers must contact our support team as soon as possible with their order number.

If the order has already entered the processing stage, cancellation may not be possible.

After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, the order must follow our Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

European Union & United Kingdom Customers

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing within the 14-day period and return the item in unused condition, following our Return Policy guidelines.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
